This unique tomato paste is thickened under the sun and contains far less salt (Fleur de Sel) than most store-bought varieties. The plum red tomatoes are washed, dried, crushed, strained, and sun-dried on Stainless Steel trays. Each jar is sterilized and vacuum-sealed for long shelf life.

Perfect for cooking dishes with tomato sauce or spreading on bread with Labneh balls and olive oil.

هذا الرب مكثف تحت أشعة الشمس ويحتوي فقط على طماطم وقليل من زهرة الملح. يُصفّى عصير ولب البندورة الحمراء المطحونة من البذور والقشر، ثم يُجفف تحت الشمس على صوانٍ من الستانلس ستيل. يتم توضيب كل مرطبان في أوعية معقمة ومفرغة من الهواء لضمان مدة حفظ طويلة.
يُستخدم لطهي الأطباق مع صلصة الطماطم أو لدهنه على الخبز مع اللبنة المكَرْزَلة وزيت الزيتون.
