A beloved staple in many pantries. Prepared annually from September to October. Souk Zaman Makdous is made with small eggplants, which are stuffed with pepper, garlic, and large walnut chunks, then preserved in 100% extra virgin olive oil from our land.

Enjoy it in sandwiches with Lebanese bread or pair it with other dishes like Mojadarrah and Kebbeh.
